Who We Are
The Council for the Advancement of Public Schools (CAPS) was founded in 1995 to promote the successes of our public schools in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
CAPS is comprised of more than 16,000 public school educators in 46 education associations and the Friends of Education Network, a group of community members who strengthen public education in Bucks and Montgomery counties through their support.
